“I remember viewing Lilac Cottage many years ago under the previous ownership and it was an utter disgrace and should've been closed down, I cannot put into words how different this place is now and what the new owners have achieved in such a short space of time. Their kennels and cattery has had a complete makeover, they have added a luxury lodge for dogs (this is beautiful by the way and very well priced!), they have also created an exercise area for the dogs full of agility and fun games for the dogs, it is super clean and their reception always smells fresh and lovely. Hats off to these chaps, they had their work cut out but they've turned it around and wow what a place they have created. Superior customer service, friendly, welcoming, always have time to talk to you about your animals. Lilac Cottage is now the place to take your animals, well done guys! Best kennels and cattery in Shropshire. ”
