We have 10 individually decorated en-suite rooms available for bed and breakfast bookings for those looking for accommodation in Sidmouth.
(Room 7 is also available as self catering)
The Barn and Pinn Cottage is 500 years old and we have refurbished it with loving care and consideration for both our guests and the property.
Everything has been done in keeping with the character of the cottage. We can cater for many different people but by the nature of the building most of the bedrooms are not large and it is not suitable for severely disabled guests. Our most accessible room is room 6. The Barn and Pinn Bed and Breakfast is conveniently situated just 5 minutes drive from Sidmouth.
The Barn and Pinn is proud to be able to welcome guests with well-behaved dogs to their bed and breakfast guesthouse. We have three bedrooms suitable for use by guests with dogs. Please contact us for more information and to check availability of our dog friendly rooms.

Peter and Kim are incredibly warm hearted people and had greeted us with tea and biscuits after a long day travel; both of which were also provided in the room. It was cozy and clean. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, all freshly cooked to one's taste! From porridge to kippers! The next time we come, we will definitely come around again.”
