We’re sad that you’re searching for our kind of service because that means that you’ve lost a beloved pet. If you choose to use us you can rest assured that we will handle your pet with dignity and care as if they were our own.

Our cremations are guaranteed individual and the ashes returned to you will be 100% those of your pet and only your pet. You are welcome to tour our facility to put your mind at ease and prepare for when the time comes.

Your pet’s final journey
We will collect your pet from your home or from your vet’s premises in our Mercedes funeral car. We operate a same-day collection service.

Your pet will travel in a pet bed with blankets, or you can choose to use one of our eco-friendly coffins.

If you have a working dog, we can collect them in our TD90 Landrover Defender, so their final journey will be as if they’re going off to do what they enjoyed the most.

If you would like to take your pet on their final journey you can. We have a dedicated quiet room where you can say goodbye in private, taking as long as you wish.

Individual cremations
Our cremations are guaranteed individual. We will always handle your pet with dignity and care, as if they were our own. We will not put your pet in a plastic bag or freeze them.

You can attend the cremation by prior appointment if you wish.

The ashes you receive back will be 100% those of your pet and only your pet.

We can deliver your pet’s ashes to you, or you are welcome to collect them in person and perhaps have a tour of the crematorium.

Culm Valley Pet Cremation is a family-run business set in the heart of Devon near the quiet village of Dunkeswell in the Blackdown Hills.

Our family has five dogs, a cat, three horses, pigs, ducks, chickens, and peacocks! We love all our animals and consider them members of our family rather than pets.

We can fully empathize with others when they lose a beloved pet, that is the driving force behind our business. We are very passionate about providing a sympathetic service to grieving pet owners to help them find peace and closure.
