The remains of four 13th - century stone farmsteads, on land originally farmed in the Bronze Age. This isolated Dartmoor hamlet was probably abandoned in the early 15th century.
1.5 miles South of Manaton off the Ashburton road. Park in Hound Tor car park - 0.5 mile walk (OS Map 191; ref SX 746788).
Dogs on leads are welcome - contact site for any restrictions. Assistance dogs are welcome everywhere.
