Canine Comrades

“This is not a dog walker you can trust. I thought Lisa would be someone to look after my 12 week old puppy while I worked and my husband was deployed ... how wrong could I be. Firstly there was an occasion where she failed to show up leaving my puppy alone for far too long. Her excuse was she got the days mixed up. The worst was after collecting my dog from her I got her home to find her ear was bleeding. My puppy had clearly been bitten by another dog and Lisa claimed she had no idea it happened ... clearly not giving my puppy the time and attention she led me to believe as she failed to notice her being bitten or the blood all over her ear. This resulted in a vet bill for the wound and antibiotics as it was infected. Lisa advertises as being fully insured and therefore she agreed to pay the bill but then showed her complete lack of integrity by deciding that she would not be reimbursing me without even speaking to me to explain why. My dog got injured in her care and she then refused to answer my calls/messages. it took me calling off my partners phone for her to answer to tell me she is busy and will call me back. Surprise surprise she never did. The money is not my concern as I would pay anything to ensure my pup is ok my concern is this woman advertising to be reliable when clearly she is not. I understand from time to time things happen but at the end of the day my dog got injured in her care yet she failed to take responsibility for it and has lied to me and then completely avoided dealing with this. This is not the type of person I would call reliable. The wound has healed but who knows what behaviour issues we will have to deal with as a result of such a young pup being bitten by another dog. I have given Lisa every opportunity to discuss this with me but had no success that is why I feel that I need to put this review up to warn others as I would hate for anyone else to experience the same issue with Lisa as I have. ”
