Let me take a second to introduce myself for those of you who i haven't met yet. My name is Lee and 3 years ago (gosh time flies) we decided to convert part of our pet shop based in Llanelli, South West Wales into a bakery just for dogs, known today as Doggy Desserts.

I have been making hand made doggy biscuits for a long time at home since my boxer dog (Ozzy) was small due to his allergies and food intolerance's. You may think that having a pet shop that I would find something that would keep Ozzy's allergies to a minimum. After going through different treats from various manufactures, I was unable to find anything that Ozzy was either able to consume long term. Because of this I was intrigued to find out how natural ingredients without additives or preservatives can be used to produce a healthy, tasty treat. I knew I that needed to make a difference and share my products with other dog owners.
